output of the convertor is monitored to 42DE glucose

To refine glucose syrup by deashing to remove the
ionic impurities. The syrup is passed through cationic
and anionic columns, the output is controlled by

TYPE STARCH WASHING SYSTEM,
9 to12 stage multicyclone, hydrocyclone for final
washing of starch slurry. The slurry is washed countercurrently
by injecting fresh water in the final stage to reduce
the protien content in the slurry as low as 0.35%
w/w. |
